Requirements

• Business development and sales skills
• Have 3-5 years experience in Advertising/Media Sales
• Bachelor degree’s in Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to full time hybrid system in Jakarta Metropolitan Area

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategist to meet revenue targets
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Identify potential clients and pitch media services
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers
• Manage ongoing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
